Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate CAREgivers to provide in-home support to seniors in Hurricane, West Virginia. You’ll help with daily activities, mobility, meals, and safety, while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Paid training, a mentoring pathway, and opportunities for monthly and annual bonuses are offered. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekend differential are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID is required.
• Compassionate, patient and caring attitude.
• Willingness to learn through paid training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home caregiving to seniors, helping with daily activities.
• Assist with mobility, personal care and meal preparation as needed.
• Monitor safety and well-being and report changes to family or supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands‑on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour (based on experience)
• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus
• Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses:

• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses:

• Up to $1,000 per hire
