Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to help seniors live independently at home with dignity and compassion. We offer paid training through our Caregiver Development Program and opportunities for growth within the team.

Base pay ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekend differential, and performance/referral bonuses. Flexible scheduling and benefits are available to eligible employees.

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $13.00-$16.00/hour (based on experience)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses:

Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses:

Up to $1,000 per hire
