Job summary

Visiting Angels is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our caregiving team. You will help seniors stay safe and independent in their homes with compassionate, personalized care.

We offer paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekend differential of $2/hour. No experience is required, and transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID are required.
• No experience? Paid training through the Caregiver Development Program is provided.
• Candidates should have a genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $13.00-$16.00/hour (based on experience)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses:

Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses:

Up to $1,000 per hire
