Job summary

Home Instead - Charlottesville, VA is seeking compassionate Overnight Caregivers to provide in-home support in the North Garden/Charlottesville area. Shifts run from 8pm to 8am, Monday through Friday and weekends, for clients within 25 miles of Charlottesville.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience or are willing to train, possess a valid driver’s license with a insured vehicle, and are 18+ with the ability to lift 25 lbs. Background and drug screenings are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months caregiving experience or willingness to train.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 and able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Conversation (when awake)
• Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers
• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping

Education

CNA / HHA / PCA / DSP or willingness to train

• You have at least 6 monthsCaregiving Experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP? Or willing to train?

Your Pay!

• Caregiver Pay Range ($17.00 - $18.00 / hour)
• CNA Pay Range ($19.00 - $22.00 / hour)
