Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is hiring an Overnight Resident Assistant for Red Cedar Canyon, a senior living facility in Hudson, WI. This full-time night shift runs 10:00pm–6:30am and focuses on compassionate personal care, safety, and resident wellbeing.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, and medication administration, while building trusting relationships and supporting residents’ emotional health. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CBRF Certification required.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care.
