Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Overnight Resident Assistant for Red Cedar Canyon to provide compassionate personal care, mobility support, and medication assistance in a senior living setting.

The role includes overnight shifts 10pm–6:30am, with shift differentials and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for the right schedule. Prior RA experience and CBRF preferred; strong reading and writing skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CBRF Certification preferred.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support.
