Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Overnight Resident Assistant in Hudson, Wisconsin. Join a supportive team dedicated to personalized care and resident well-being, with a full-time overnight shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Competitive hourly pay and shift differentials are offered, along with a $1,000 NOC sign-on bonus for 40+ hours per pay period. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, and medications, while creating meaningful interactions

Qualifications

• Reading and writing abilities to follow directions and document care.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• CBRF certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and per regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being through meaningful interactions.
• Contribute to daily care and resident smiles.

What You'll Do:
