Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant at Red Cedar Canyon, a senior living facility, to support residents with daily care and companionship.

Part-time PM shifts are available with competitive pay of $19.19–$22.25/hour. CBRF certification is preferred but not required; 2pm-10:30pm and other evening shifts are listed, with shift differentials and sign-on details where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred but not required.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• Desire to advance to a full-time position preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and per regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being through meaningful interactions.
• Contribute to daily care and resident smiles.
