Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule.
• Experience in senior resident services, health care, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follows the resident’s ISP and daily task sheets.
• Communicates changes in resident status to the supervisor.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and adheres to HIPAA requirements.
• Provides personal care and related services per care plans.
• Assists with activities, engages residents, and supports family communication.
• Attends training and adheres to community policies.
• Documents observations, resident notes, and care activities in a timely manner.
