Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or healthcare support preferred.
• Willingness to complete paid in-house medication training.
• Ability to work overnight 7pm–7am shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support residents overnight by assisting with medication administration per community policies.
• Accurately document medication assistance and resident observations.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns.
• Provide reassurance, safety checks, and resident support overnight.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and work area.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership.
