Homewatch CareGivers is seeking overnight in-home caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCPs for shifts in the Austin area. You’ll work with a small set of clients, staying awake overnight with consistent weekly schedules.

Responsibilities include safety, transfers, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with ongoing training through Caregiver University and local support from a care coordinator. CNA/HHA/PCP preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Competenze

• One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility.
• Comfortable working overnight and staying awake through the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Stay awake and alert through the shift, keeping clients safe at home.
• Assist with bathroom trips, transfers, and repositioning during the night.
• Help with the evening routine at the start of the shift and the morning routine at the end.
• Reassure and redirect clients who wake up confused or disoriented.
• Handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep during quiet hours.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the care team.
• Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University.
