Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring overnight in-home caregivers, CNAs, HHAs and PCPs to work with a small set of clients in a consistent night schedule across Austin area locations. The role offers full-time or part-time options with supportive supervision and ongoing training.

Shifts typically 7pm–7am; compensation is $17.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience. Earned benefits include training, growth opportunities, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility.
• Comfortable working overnight and staying awake through the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stay awake and alert during 7p–7a shifts while keeping clients safe at home.
• Assist with bathroom trips, transfers, repositioning, and night routines.
• Support evening and morning routines for clients.
• Reassure and redirect clients who wake during the night.
• Handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep during quiet hours.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the care team.
• Complete annual training through Caregiver University.

Pay:

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring overnight in-home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Providers. You work with a small set of clients you get to know well, on overnight shifts that stay consistent week to week.

Where You'd Work:

Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, West Lake Hills

What You Get:

What You'll Do:

• Handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep during quiet hours
• Report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University

• Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred
