Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable night‑shift caregivers to support clients in private homes across Tennessee. Shifts range 4–12 hours, with full‑time and part‑time opportunities available and scheduling tailored to each care plan.

You will monitor safety, perform bedtime routines, reminders for medications, light housekeeping, and document observations in real time. The role requires staying fully awake during shifts and presenting required documents at pre‑ interview.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Be capable of working overnight while remaining awake and attentive.
• Provide reliable nighttime availability and complete the full scheduled shift as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete bedtime and morning routines and personal care duties.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care; assist with dressing and grooming.
• Perform safety and wellness checks; monitor for falls or changes in condition.
• Document care activities and observations in real time; communicate handoffs clearly.
• Provide light meals and hydration reminders; assist with transportation as needed.
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry; ensure client living areas are clean.
