Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate night-shift caregivers to join our Night team in Dickson, Tennessee. Shifts are available for 4–12 hours, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Availability for weekends may be required based on client needs and scheduling. Caregivers must stay awake during shifts, perform safety checks, monitor clients per the care plan, and complete real-time documentation.

Responsibilities

• Completing all required safety checks
• Monitoring the client according to the care plan
• Responding immediately when the client needs assistance
• Completing assigned housekeeping and overnight tasks
• Documenting care activities and observations in real time
• Remaining aware of the client’s location, condition and safety
• Reporting concerns or changes in condition immediately
• Providing a clear handoff to the incoming caregiver or approved representative
