Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking caregivers for overnight shifts from 9pm to 5am. Positions offer $15 per hour on weekdays and $16 per hour on weekends, with weekly pay. Applicants must be vaccinated and able to travel to client homes within the service area.

Primary duties include providing personal assistance and health-related services in clients' residences, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting observations to the supervisor. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with proof of competency through education and/or experience.
• Under 18: must be enrolled in a high school/ vocational program and demonstrate competency.
• Must have a current driver's license or reliable transportation to travel to assignments.
• Vaccination against required diseases as stated.
• Must pass criminal history and Employee Misconduct Registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance or health-related tasks in the patient/client home as per ISP.
• Promote a safe, clean environment and maintain patient privacy.
• Report observations to Supervisor and ensure continuity of care.
• Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe home setting.
• Utilize available equipment and assist with mobility as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism and time management; participate in required inservices.
