Job summary

Right at Home Marble Falls is seeking an overnight home health aide to start immediately. Hours are 9pm–5am, with $15/hour on weekdays and $16/hour on weekends; weekly pay is provided. Vaccination is required to qualify.

You will assist clients in their homes, maintain a safe and clean environment, and report observations to a supervisor. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required, and background checks plus a competency evaluation are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Education: If under 18, must be either a high school graduate or enrolled in a vocational education program
• License: Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel to assignments
• Experience/Competency: If at least 18, provide proof of competency through education and/or experience or demonstrate competency to perform tasks
• Background checks: Must pass criminal history check and Employee Misconduct Registry check

Responsibilities

• Promote positive, respectful communication with patient and family
• Provide personal assistance or health-related tasks per the Individualized Service Plan
• Appropriately report changes to ensure continuity of care
• Practice infection control principles and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Demonstrate time management and support the agency's operations
• Attend required trainings and adhere to agency policies
• Support privacy and property of the patient
