Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking an overnight Home Health Aide to provide in-home personal care and health-related services in the Kingsland area, from 9pm to 5am, with vaccination required and immediate start.

The role involves supporting patients in their residences, following care plans, reporting observations to the supervisor, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or compliant with policy.
• Must have a current driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Must be vaccinated against illness.
• Must pass background checks (criminal history and Employee Misconduct Registry).

Responsibilities

• Promote respectful communication with patient and family
• Provide personal assistance or health-related tasks per the Individualized Service Plan
• Maintain patient privacy and safe environment
• Report changes to ensure continuity of care
• Practice infection control principles
• Operate durable medical equipment at home
• Demonstrate time management and teamwork
• Support agency operations and participate in required in-services
