Job summary

Right at Home in Lino Lakes, MN is looking for Overnight Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities.

You will help with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship while prioritizing safety and dignity.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, weekly pay, and the chance to grow with a leading international home-care company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• 18+ years of age.
• Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and transfers around the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: vacuum, dust, mop, dishes, laundry, bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing, dressing, shaving as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care.
• Provide companionship through reading, music, puzzles.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
