Job summary

Sevita is seeking dedicated individuals in Geneva Township, Ohio to join their mission of empowering those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The full-time role offers a competitive pay of $17 per hour, with a schedule of 36 hours per week during evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include supporting participants with personal hygiene and developmental goals, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping individuals integrate into the community. Applicants should have a high school diploma and experience in human services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behavior is essential.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance is required.

Pay

Pay $17.00 per hour! Full‑time positions available.

Shift Details

Available Shift: Full‑time 36 hours per week, OVNT varied weekdays 8p‑8a and EO Sa/Su 8p‑8a.

Requirements

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
