Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks compassionate caregivers in Ohio to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and community participation in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and social events.
• Provide compassionate, patient support for participants with behavioral challenges.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals served.

Pay $17.00 per hour! Full-time positions available.

Available Shift: (Full-Time) Sunday 7am 3pm, Thursday 11pm-9am, Friday 12pm 9pm, Saturday 10pm to 8am

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
