Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality and professional conduct are expected.

Responsibilities

• Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the overnight shift.
• Provide direct support and personal care per each individual's plan.
• Monitor health and safety, responding to overnight needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized and trained.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents with appropriate actions.
• Complete housekeeping tasks and prepare the home for the morning.
• Document overnight activities and observations accurately and objectively.
• Maintain professional interactions with individuals, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with morning routine and personal care for resting shifts when needed.
• Complete all paperwork before shift end.
