Open Sky Community Services seeks an Awake Overnight Counselor to guide and supervise individuals during overnight hours, supporting morning routines and daily living activities. You will promote health, safety, and a clean environment while advocating for community inclusion.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to help individuals live healthy, independent lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established procedures to respond to emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel needs as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation timely and accurately.
