Job summary

The Guild for Human Services is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to support the residential program at Walpole House. You will stay awake during night shifts, ensure a safe living environment, and assist in implementing each resident’s activity plan and IEP/ISP.

You may transport individuals to school programs and participate in planning meetings. Responsibilities include medication administration, 1:1 supervision, de-escalation, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Remain awake for the entire shift and provide support to individuals in the house as needed.
• Complete overnight checklists and reports as outlined by each individual’s service plan and/or behavior plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment including laundry and cleaning tasks.
• Assist in developing and implementing each individual’s residential IEP/ISP and daily activity schedule.
• Implement positive behavior supports and individual behavior plans.
• Provide supervision of all individuals in care; transport as needed.
• Administer and record medications in accordance with MAP.
• Engage in de-escalation when necessary and participate in team meetings.
