Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Bell Captain for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. You will lead bell staff, greet guests, escort them to accommodations, and share local information to ensure a memorable arrival and stay.

You will train teammates, coordinate with departments for events, and maintain a welcoming, organized entrance area to deliver exceptional service at a luxury property in Florida.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Bell Attendant or Supervisor is a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience is required.
• Ability to stay calm and provide clear direction at all times.
• Team-oriented with a pleasant, helpful personality.
• Willingness to engage guests and create memorable first impressions.

Responsibilities
