Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Bell Captain at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. The role requires a personable, detail-oriented hospitality professional to welcome guests and lead bell staff, ensuring a memorable arrival and seamless luggage handling.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with front desk and concierge, and showcase exceptional service standards that reflect the resort’s luxury experience and the Pyramid brand across all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interact with all guests. The Bell Captain will welcome each guest to our hotel.
• If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the resort/hotel.
• Escort the guests to the front desk for check-in.
• Escort the guests and their luggage to their room upon check-in.
• Explain our amenities and fun facts to guests as you guide them to their rooms.
• Train and mentor the bell attendants to provide exceptional service.
• Assist management in coordinating events that impact arrivals and departures.
• Work with the team to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and goes above and beyond.
