Job summary

Hammock Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Bell Captain to lead our bell staff, greet guests, open doors, escort arrivals to the front desk, and guide luggage to rooms, ensuring a memorable first impression.

You will train team members, coordinate with lobby and valet teams, and support event-related arrivals. The role requires hospitality experience, a calm demeanor, teamwork, and a passion for making guests feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or Supervisor is a plus.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the resort, opening doors as needed.
• Escort arriving guests to the front desk and then to their rooms, with luggage assistance.
• Train and mentor bell attendants to deliver exceptional service.
