Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is hiring for BHTs on the overnight shift. You will manage daily residential operations, support the BHT team, and ensure a safe, recovery‑oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a warm, empathetic demeanor, and a commitment to recovery principles. A high school diploma and CPR certification are preferred; valid driver's license is also preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
