Job summary

The Wood Group is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support residents with behavioral health challenges in our Texas facilities. You will help residents achieve stability through structured care, safety oversight, and respectful interactions with the support of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, supervising medications, and completing daily chart documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for teamwork with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
• Cook and serve meals in accordance with the facility menu.
• Complete items on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
• Treat all residents with dignity and respect.
• Supervise medication procedures and document narcotics on each shift.
• Maintain daily chart documentation and records.
• Follow The Wood Group policies and procedures and the employee handbook.
