The Wood Group Behavioral Health Services is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support residents with behavioral health challenges in a weekend overnight shift (Saturday and Sunday, 4pm–8am) in Belton, TX. You will ensure safety, assist with meals, and follow the facility’s routine and policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a preference for additional behavioral health certification.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
• Cook and serve meals; follow the facility menu as posted.
• Complete items on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
• Treat all residents with dignity and respect.
• Supervise medication procedures and document narcotics counts on each shift.
• Maintain daily chart documentation.
• Follow policies and procedures including the employee handbook.
