Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of responsible employment.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients overnight to maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment.
• Assist with overnight admissions, safety checks, and vital signs when applicable.
• Document client activities, observations, incidents, and interventions accurately.
• Communicate updates to supervisors and day staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide transportation support for clients when required, including overnight trips.
