Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Human Services or Behavioral Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight supervision of clients to ensure safety and compliance with program rules.
• Participate as a treatment team member by observing, documenting, and communicating client status.
• Ensure adherence to program policies during overnight shifts and report safety concerns.
• Assist with admissions, including safety checks and vital signs as applicable.
• Support clients with daily living activities and provide calm, recovery-focused care.
• Provide transportation assistance when needed during overnight or early morning hours.
