Job summary

Avery's House in Boise, Idaho seeks a Shift Supervisor Clinical Assistant (BHT) for overnight coverage. The role requires leadership experience and at least 2 years in behavioral health, with duties including supporting residents, enforcing house rules, and coordinating with clinical and housing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Management experience required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but to be obtained if needed.
• Valid Idaho driver's license in good standing.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Able to climb stairs and lift 25+ lbs.
• TB test and fingerprint clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Aid individuals with mental health and substance use issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Enforce house rules and ensure safety.
• Transport clients as needed.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and staff.
• Maintain complete program documentation.
• Serve as liaison between clinical and housing staff.
• Assist with monthly binder updates, audits, and inspections.
• Provide orientation and training for new hires.
• Maintain supplies and ensure the environment meets Avery's House standards.
• Act as direct contact for housing staff and programs.
