Job summary

Avery's House is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor Clinical Assistant (BHT) to support adolescents in a structured recovery environment in Mesa, AZ. The role offers full-time hours with starting pay of $22 per hour and opportunities to work closely with the clinical and housing teams.

Requirements include at least 2 years of behavioral health experience, a valid Arizona driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test may be required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aid individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Implement house rules.
• Transporting clients.
• Collaborate with treatment teams as needed.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
• Act as liaison between clinical and housing staff.
• Assist with orientation and training for new hires.
