Job summary

Avery's House in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor Clinical Assistant (BHT) to support residents and staff in a structured recovery housing environment. This full-time role offers overnight shifts, the chance to impact lives, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• At least 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aid individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Implement house rules and ensure safety.
• Assist with orientation and training for new hires.
• Act as liaison between clinical and housing staff.
• Maintain supplies and facility standards.
• Coordinate coverage for call outs and shifts.
• Attend mandatory meetings when required (paid).
