Avery's House seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor Clinical Assistant (BHT) to oversee overnight housing operations and support adolescents in recovery. You will coordinate with clinical and housing staff, ensure safety, document daily activities, and help train new staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Management or leadership experience is required.
• Experience working with adolescents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aid individuals with mental health and substance use issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.

• Transporting clients and acting as liaison between clinical and housing staff.
• Assist with orientation and training for new hires.
