Job summary

Avery's House LLC in Mesa, AZ seeks dedicated PRN overnight staff to support adolescents with mental health and substance use needs. You will transport clients, supervise outings, facilitate groups, and help maintain a safe, clean facility on 12-hour shifts.

Required: 21+ years, valid AZ driver's license, ability to lift 25+ lbs, pass background and drug screens; high school diploma; fingerprint clearance card and CPR/First Aid are preferred or will be required to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Arizona driverers license in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+ lbs.
• DPS fingerprint clearance card preferred—will be required to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred—will be required to obtain.
• Current TB test—will be required to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Implement/enforce house rules.
• Transport clients with company vehicle.
• Supervise clients on outings.
• Group facilitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
• Other tasks as assigned.
