Job summary

Avery's House is seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant (BHT) to support adolescents in a structured recovery housing setting. You will provide daily assistance, monitor safety, and help maintain a supportive living environment.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, documentation, transport with the company vehicle, and enforcing house rules while adhering to program policies. Prior experience with behavioral health preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+ lbs.
• DPS fingerprint clearance card preferred and will be required to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred and will be required to obtain.
• Current TB test will be required to obtain.

Avery's House is a mental health treatment provider for adolescents. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and responsible Clinical Assistant (BHT). Experience working with adolescents is preferred, and any additional experience with mental health and substance abuse is beneficial. This position provides daily support to those living in Avery's House structured recovery housing.

SCHEDULES

• We are hiring PRN staff for both dayshift and overnight.
• We run 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a and 7a-7p or 7p-7a.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
