United Dairy Farmers, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Machine Operator to join the production team on the night shift. You will mix doughs and batters, operate the sheeter line, and pull kettle dough for production while preparing croissants for the next day.

You will ensure timely manufacture and maintain quality and safety across all processes. Responsibilities include following batch sheets, weighing ingredients, and recording data while adhering to HACCP and GMP standards.

Competenze

• Experience operating bakery equipment and following batch sheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle dough preparation.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards.

Mansioni

• Mix doughs and batters per batch sheets.
• Operate mixers, sheeter line and related equipment.
• Pull kettle dough and set up next day croissant production.
• Record weights and log batch details.
• Maintain sanitation and follow HACCP guidelines.
