Save More Food Market in Minocqua, Wisconsin is seeking an Overnight Baker to start each morning with fresh bakery products. The role includes baking, frying donuts, and preparing the bakery for opening, with an overnight pay premium in addition to the regular hourly wage.

Responsibilities include producing breads and pastries, monitoring equipment, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining high quality while meeting production timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to work independently overnight.
• Experience in bakery, donut frying, or food production preferred but training may be provided.
• Ability to follow recipes and production plans while maintaining safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, bake, and finish breads, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items.
• Fry, glaze, fill, frost, and decorate donuts.
• Follow recipes, schedules, and portion standards to ensure consistency.
• Monitor ovens, fryers, proofers, and other bakery equipment.
• Package, label, price, and stock finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and preparation for upcoming production.
• Prepare bakery for opening and run daily production independently.
