Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Groveland, FL is seeking an Overnight Baker/Finisher to bake and finish a range of items, including donuts, bagels and croissants, following all pre-bake, bake and post-bake procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

The role requires the ability to work quickly with minimal direction, strong attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship. You’ll work overnight, support the kitchen team, and help ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely production.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production levels as determined by Kitchen Manager.
• Finish all products to the level that ensures guest satisfaction.
• Ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed on their shift.
• Transition to crew position when production levels are complete for the day.
• Teamwork and supporting training of new crew members as requested.
• Work well with the team and treat people with respect.
• Respond positively to coaching and direction.
• Arrive ready to work on time.
• Complete all tasks and leave the kitchen clean and organized for the next finisher.
• Adhere to safety standards to protect self and others from injury.
• Perform other duties to assist fellow team members.
