Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for a Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods in a fast-paced environment. You will follow daily par sheets and ensure quality products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within the team.

You will work overnight/early morning shifts, interact with customers, and contribute to a positive guest experience while adhering to Dunkin' guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.
• Physical requirements include bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to take direction and adjust to par levels and use baking equipment.
• Basic reading and math skills are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Flexibility to learn other functions/positions within the operation.
• Bakers must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete a daily par sheet and produce quality baked goods per Dunkin guidelines.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling and cleanliness.
• Participate in hands-on training to be successful in baking tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
