Enable, Inc. in Bismarck, ND is seeking an awake night Direct Support Professional to provide overnight care and supervision for individuals with disabilities. As an awake night DSP, you will ensure safety, assist with nightly living tasks, monitor health and behavior, and promote independence.

The role requires independent decision-making, compassion, and reliable night availability. This is a full-time overnight position with seven-on, seven-off shifts, from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, and pay of

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with living tasks, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
• Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs during the night.
