Job summary

Alliance Aviation Services (AAS) is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to manage front-desk engagement, admin tasks, and night audit reconciliation at our Fort Worth facility. You will greet pilots and passengers, handle calls and emails, and coordinate services with internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce), and ability to multitask in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM systems and airline operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact at the FBO, greet guests with professionalism.
• Input data into TAS, FlightBridge, and Salesforce; manage service requests.
• Perform night audit reconciliation and daily bookkeeping as part of nightly closeout.
