Job summary

Alliance Aviation Services (AAS) seeks an Overnight Line Operations Specialist to join the Fort Worth team. You will report to the Line Service Manager and support airfield operations while delivering exceptional service to pilots, crew, and passengers.

The role emphasizes aircraft handling, safety, and customer focus in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to develop technical skills and customer engagement throughout tenure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FBO operations or aviation ground support preferred.
• Forklift certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous support to pilots, passengers, and crew during ground operations.
• Assist with luggage handling, catering delivery, and transport between aircraft and terminal.
• Support customs and international handling procedures in compliance with federal regulations.
• Escort guests on/off the ramp and manage guest vehicles on arrival and departure.
• Perform safe aircraft marshalling, towing, fueling, and routine servicing.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks such as windshield cleaning, oil replenishment, lavatory and oxygen servicing.
• Assist with cargo aircraft loading/unloading (training provided).
• Maintain hangar readiness and organized storage.
• Inspect and clean ground support equipment and vehicles (refuelers, tugs, GPUs, etc.).
• Monitor fuel inventory and keep logs and documentation.
