Responsibilities

• Perform the manager-on-duty role during the 3rd shift.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and verify billing.
• Balance all revenue sources and complete daily financial reports.
• Close the financial day for the hotel.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Provide friendly guest service and assist guests with needs.
• Follow CSM guest service recovery procedures.
