Job summary

CSM Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor for Aloft and Element Redmond in Redmond, WA. You will perform the manager-on-duty role during the 3rd shift, balance daily revenue, and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest service, night audit or accounting experience is a plus, and strong computer skills. A high level of attention to detail and a customer-focused approach are required to deliver outstanding service while following hotel

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior guest service experience required.
• Night audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform the manager-on-duty role during the 3rd shift.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Balance all revenue sources and complete daily financial reports.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions for guests.
