Join Our Team as a Night Auditor!

Are you a dependable night owl who thrives in a calm, guest-focused environment? We're looking for a Night Auditor to join our guest service team and help ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel.

In this vital role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift-managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining accurate nightly records. If you're organized, personable, and enjoy working independently, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and process all charges accurately (room, tax, pet fees, etc.).

• Guest Support: Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and amenities.

• Night Audit & Reports: Complete daily audit checklist, maintain cash and call logs, update the front desk log, and review previous shift notes.

• Facility Upkeep: Support light housekeeping duties including laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring common areas are clean and stocked.

• Safety Checks: Follow all safety protocols, regularly inspect the property, ensure doors are secured, and report any hazards.

• Flexibility: Be available for additional hotel needs or guest requests that may arise during your shift.
