Job summary

SpringHill Suites Concord in Concord, NC is hiring a full-time Night Auditor to work 11pm–7am. You will verify daily accounts, balance revenues, and act as overnight MOD in line with hotel policies. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Night Auditor in a hotel.
• Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Strong math and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems such as FOSSE or OnQ is a plus.
• Organized with attention to detail and customer service oriented.
• Flexible in work hours to accommodate last-minute scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Verify and balance daily charges for departments and guest folios; correct as needed.
• Run nightly processing to reset for the next day.
• Audit room revenue and other income; review credit card vouchers.
• Process city ledger work and ensure compliance with policy.
• Perform night clerk duties as Guest Service Representative when required.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff to ensure a cooperative environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or GM.
• Achieve required threshold scores per brand and company inspections.
