Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Night Auditor for Renaissance Las Vegas. You will reconcile cashier and city ledger transactions and prepare daily management reports, while handling check-ins/check-outs and reservations as required.

The role supports guest services and upholds hotel standards. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, hotel experience, strong math and computer skills, and willingness to work late and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Perform guest service agent duties including check-in/check-out and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers’ work and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports per hotel standards.
• Input and update financial information into corporate communications network.
• Keep management informed of unusual operational or financial events or deviations.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt.
