Job summary

The D in Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure daily transaction integrity for the Hotel department. You will review guest charges, post reservations, handle settlements, assist with disputes, and coordinate with Sales for group billing while maintaining a safe, guest-friendly environment.

Responsibilities include audit checks, proceeding with no-shows, and ensuring all payments are correctly posted, with adjustments made as needed by management policies.

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one years of age or older.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic math and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent bookkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Check audit work and ensure accuracy of guest charges.
• Enter and confirm reservations in the system (invitee and non-invitee events).
• Check Settlement Control and no-shows.
• Ensure EZ Post, Bit Pay transactions follow procedures.
• Verify gift card transactions, online bookings, and room bills.
• Assist guests with credit card disputes when needed.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Finalize third-party invoices and coordinate group billing with Sales.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.
